About two years ago, we had a customer with a specific requirement for a drop die intended for export purposes. We accepted the order and proceeded to design the die. We submitted the design to the customer for approval, and fortunately, they were satisfied and gave their approval.

Once we received the customer's approval, we began processing the die. However, during the processing stage, we encountered an error on the plate. This error was a result of technical issues, human error, and a problem with the metal used for the plate.

To rectify the issue, we decided to process the die again, this time using copper metal. Unfortunately, even after the second attempt, there was still a noticeable line on the plate. Determined to resolve the problem, we processed the die once more, this time using a combination of silver and copper metal. Finally, we achieved success, and the die was approved by our Indian customer.

Regrettably, after shipping the die to America, it was rejected by the customer due to a discrepancy in the design on the plate. As a result, the die was returned to us. We made the necessary adjustments by modifying the design, punch, and plate according to the specific requirements of the American customer. This time, we successfully obtained approval from the customer in America as well.
